The Bible in a Year: Three 1 Year Plans
Slowing it Down a Little: Three 2 Year Plans
Taking Your Time: Three 3 Year Plans
Savoring the Word: Three 4 Year Plans
Really Chewing it up: Two 5 Year Plans
Simple Bible reading plans that are interchangeable so you can easily switch from a 1-year Bible reading plan to a 2-5-year plan and back again.
If you begin with a one-year reading plan and find that it’s too fast-paced for you, you can always slow it down right where you are and switch plans. Easy-peasy! Likewise, if you begin with a five-year plan and find it slower than you’d like, just switch up!
Each year includes a choice of reading 5, 6, or 7 days a week, making it a truly adaptable plan!
And don’t feel like you have to do the entire day’s bible reading in one sitting. You can choose to do a reading in the morning and another one in the evening. Or, you might want to do a little reading three times a day. It’s totally up to you!
THE SCRIPTURE TRACKER:
At-a-glance scripture tracker to easily see your progress. Simply enter the date you did that reading.
Don't want to read the Word chronologically? With this plan, you can read the Bible in any order you wish. The at-a-glance scripture tracker makes it easy for you to choose any chapter you want to read!
The journal is divided by readings with three spacious entries on every page each with their own call-out box. There is dedicated space for each reading to note key verses or words that stand out or you want to research further. Or you might want to use this space to note your favorite verse(s) within that reading. Simply put, whatever stands out to you should go in this space.
With 10 journaling lines for each reading, you can choose to write a brief summary, note how the reading applies to you today, write a prayer, or jot down questions you want to ask or research later.
There is no need to overwhelm yourself by reading the Bible as if you are trying to win a race. Reading the Bible is about building your personal relationship with God, not getting to the end as fast as possible. The reality is that some people have the time to take in four chapters every day while many do not. That’s why I developed this flexible plan.
So, just get started in the word and see where your personal relationship with God takes you!
